New Home Construction You Can Count On
Our specialty is building small, custom homes, but this doesn’t mean we can’t work on larger homes as well. Once we assign the work that needs to be done, we work with the architect and city to get all the permits and processes done for construction. We meet with inspectors and itemize the work. A+ Construction and Development will handle all the work for you, so you can just sit back and relax. When we provide an invoice, you can see reports for each item and how it was inspected.
When the project is complete, you get all of the lists of contractors that were used, and we make sure the bills are correct and the pricing is set appropriately. A new, energy efficient home can save you money in the long run because it has better windows and insulation. Sometimes inspectors are in a hurry, which could cause issues in the end. We make sure everything is all done properly.
Project Management | Custom Builder
We bring the contractors to bid, and we look into each bid for you. A+ Construction and Development does not go by which bid is the lowest but what they offer for the value of the estimate. Once we sign the contract, we make sure all work is done correctly for the owner. When working our own projects, we concentrate on making sure we leave in good terms with the owners. If there’s something that you’re unhappy with, we’ll correct it. Unless there is something extra you want, there are no extra charges. We also offer amazing remodeling services.
